This project emerged as a consequence of the understanding that real estate buyers in Rovinj do not have at their disposal an offer for the maintenance of their property, which would allow them to enjoy in it for a relatively low price. Practice shows that real estate owners manage in various ways, asking for help a neighbor or by negotiating procedures for every single completed service, which eventually requires much more time and money.
Through our package of services, and through a wide range of individual services, we offer the solution to any situation which an owner can find himself in, using his property periodically.
The visit and both external and internal inspection of the property, twice a month, with additional visits in case of stormy weather
Examination of the electric and plumbing installations
Aeration of the apartment and examination of doors and windows
Watering of plants
Collecting the delivered mail, and according to a previous agreement, forwarding to another address
Keeping the property keys in our office, in a safety deposit box
Elimination of tiny damages performed during the supervision of the property
Monthly report to the property owner via e-mail with enclosed photos
